- Huiwen Technology Co. Ltd is a high-tech company that focuses on the development and production of advanced MEMS based intelligent gas sensors and provides a comprehensive solution for gas detection. The multi-channel gas sensor array chips and systems developed by the company have many advantages such as low power consumption, small size, high sensitivity, good selectivity, intelligence and easy integration. At present, the company has developed the sensor chips and sensor modules for a variety of toxic or harmful gases (e.g. formaldehyde, alcohol, ammonia, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen sulfide, methane, TVOC, etc.), and a MEMS gas sensor mass production line with 1.5 million sensor chips annually has been constructed. Meanwhile, the manufacture base has been building with annual output of ten millions of MEMS sensors.
